 Charlie is an American Australian artist who combines  photography and digital art in an innovative works that have given him a new focus on life expanding his artistic horizon and voicing his concerns about the many new uncertainties facing humanity today.
Charlie is self taught and has developed an uncanny sense of colour and composition in spite the fact that he is legally blind!!
He has won many awards and is recognized as a LAPS  "Licentiate Australian Photographic Society", a title awarded to him for his Artistic Achievements and Skill According to their stringent criteria of merit.
